You choose the priority case by case from Standard, STAT and Wet Read, so a patient crashing at 2 a.m. gets a one-hour radiograph read while a Standard recheck the same night can wait for the 24-hour queue at Standard pricing. A Wet Read is the fastest option, read while you wait, for the case where your team is at the table right now.
