How a report reaches the record
- The study is submitted through the platform against a radiology order, with the priority chosen at submission.
- An ACVR- or ECVDI-certified radiologist reads the case.
- The report is finalized with the prioritized diagnoses and recommendations first, followed by comprehensive findings.
- The report injects into the matching radiology order in your practice software.
- Any follow-up question goes through Real-Time Chat on the case, reaching the reading radiologist in seconds.

Which practice information management systems are supported today?

What does injecting into the matching order actually mean?
The finished report attaches itself to the radiology order the study was submitted against, in the patient record, without anyone copying, exporting or re-keying it. The report is in the right place on the right patient the moment it is signed.
What happens if our system is not on the list yet?
Studies are still submitted and reports still delivered through the platform; the difference is the final filing step in your record. The list of supported systems is growing, so it is worth telling the Operations Team which system you run.
Does the integration change how we submit studies?
No. You submit the study and choose Standard, STAT or Wet Read as usual. The integration governs where the finished report lands, not how the case is sent or read.
Is the video segment included in the injected report?
Yes. Where a report includes a video walkthrough from the radiologist, it travels with the report rather than arriving separately.
Who sets the integration up?
The Operations Team handles it during onboarding, alongside account setup and user access. It is a configuration step, not a project for your practice.
