Webinars, Talks and Events

Where to find the team, and the sessions we run for practices that want to get more out of every imaging case.

Sessions we run

Each session is run by the people who do the work: board-certified radiologists and the Operations Team. They are practical rather than promotional, and they are built around the questions practices actually ask.

Image quality that does not limit the read

For technician teams. Positioning, collimation, exposure and motion, and how each one decides whether a report states a finding or qualifies it. Pairs with the image quality guide.

Choosing between Standard, STAT and Wet Read

For the whole clinical team. How to pick a priority from when the answer changes the plan, rather than from how urgent the case feels. Includes worked examples from emergency, general practice and referral settings.

Reading a radiology report in the first ten seconds

For veterinarians. Why the prioritized diagnoses and recommendations belong at the top of a report, how to use the comprehensive findings underneath, and how to turn a report into a client conversation.

Platform walkthrough

For teams evaluating or onboarding. Submission, priority selection, Real-Time Chat across its three threads, video in the report, and how reports inject into the matching radiology order in ezyVet and Instinct.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I meet the RadsForVets team in person?

RadsForVets is exhibiting at IVECCS 2026. Stop by the stand to see the platform, the report format and Real-Time Chat on a live case.

Can you run a session for our practice team?

Yes. Sessions are run for practice teams on image quality, choosing between Standard, STAT and Wet Read, and reading a radiology report efficiently. Contact the Operations Team to arrange one.

Are sessions suitable for technicians as well as veterinarians?

Yes. The image quality and submission sessions are written for technician teams, since positioning, collimation and exposure decide what a report can state.

Is there a recording if we cannot attend live?

Where a session is recorded, it is shared with the practices that registered. Contact the Operations Team to ask about a specific session.

What does a platform walkthrough cover?

Submission and priority selection, how the report is structured with the impression at the top, Real-Time Chat across its three threads, and how reports inject into the matching radiology order in ezyVet and Instinct.
