The myBalto Commitment: 1% of Every Interpretation Fee Back to the Clinic

Every submitted study carries an interpretation fee. Through the myBalto Foundation, RadsForVets returns 1% of that fee to the participating clinic.

The commitment runs through the myBalto Foundation, and it attaches to the work itself: every submitted study, at every priority, generates the return. There is no separate program to join for the studies a clinic is already sending.

What the Commitment Is

One percent of the interpretation fee per submitted study, donated back to the participating clinic through the myBalto Foundation.

The word to notice is participating. The return goes to the clinic that submitted the study, which means the value of the imaging work flows back to the practice that acquired it, treated the patient, and holds the client relationship.

How It Works

• The clinic submits studies as usual, at whichever priority the case calls for.
• 1% of the interpretation fee for each study goes back to the participating clinic.
• The Operations Team can explain participation during onboarding.

Nothing about the submission changes. The clinic continues to send studies at Standard, STAT or Wet Read exactly as the case calls for, and the commitment applies in the background without a step, a form, or a decision at submission time.

Why It Exists

Imaging decisions are often made alongside a cost conversation with a client. A small, predictable return to the clinic on every study is a way of keeping some of that value where the care happens. It changes nothing about the read itself: every case still goes to a board-certified radiologist under the usual priority commitments.

For a busy practice, the return compounds quietly alongside the clinical benefits of remote reading: faster answers, reports in the record, and fewer cases derailed by an unresolved imaging question. The commitment adds a financial thread to a service that is usually evaluated only on turnaround.
